The talented young musicians of the Okanagan Symphony Youth Symphony take the stage May 6 & 7 for their final concert appearance of the season. Like their professional counterpart, the Okanagan Symphony Orchestra, the OSYO plays in all three major centres of the Valley: Vernon, Penticton and Kelowna.

Led by co-conductors Dennis Colpitts and Rosemary Thomson, members of the OSYO range in age from nine through 20 and come from all reaches of the Okanagan. The spring concert series will feature violin, flute and trombone concerto performances, student compositions, as well as works by Kalinnikov and Verdi.

Support our area’s talented and hard-working youth and enjoy high-quality symphonic music at a lower price point. Please join us for the OSYO’s Spring Concert! You’ll be glad you did.
