Join us for an elegant afternoon featuring fine tea, delicious finger sandwiches, freshly baked scones and pastries—all in support of the Okanagan Symphony Orchestra. Dress up with a fascinator or top hat if you wish, but it’s not required! Enjoy a warm and lively atmosphere with live string music, great conversation and a chance to win prizes.

What should I wear to the event?

Garden party or semi-formal attire is perfect. Elegant dresses, suits, and festive hats or fascinators are welcome, but not required.

Is this event open to the public, or is it by invitation only?

Everyone is welcome! This is a community fundraiser in support of the Okanagan Symphony Orchestra, and we’d love to see you there.

Is seating assigned?

Seating is first come, first served. Arriving early is encouraged if you’d like to sit with friends or choose a particular table.

Will dietary restrictions be accommodated?

Unfortunately, we’re unable to accommodate individual dietary restrictions. If you have food allergies or sensitivities, please be mindful and exercise caution when selecting from the items at your table.

How will food and tea be served?

Delicious treats and tea will be served directly at your table—no buffet lines here!

Where do I park and when should I arrive?

Free parking is available at Gallagher’s. Doors open 30 minutes before the event starts, giving you time to get settled and enjoy the ambiance. Driving and parking directions: Coming from Kelowna, turn left onto Gallaghers Canyon Boulevard from McCullough Road.  Drive a short distance to the T Junction. The village centre and auditorium are directly in front of you. Turn right, there are two parking lots along the left-hand side of the street.

Is the event suitable for children?

This event is designed for adults, with a refined and elegant atmosphere. While teens may enjoy the experience, it is not geared toward young children.

Will there be entertainment?

Yes! Guests will be serenaded by a live string quartet, adding a beautiful musical backdrop to the afternoon.

Can I purchase raffle tickets?

Absolutely! Raffle tickets will be available for purchase at the door, with some fabulous prizes up for grabs—all in support of the Okanagan Symphony Orchestra.

Is alcohol permitted at the event?

No, this is a non-alcoholic event. We’ll be serving a lovely selection of teas and refreshments throughout the afternoon.
