Singing in the OSC offers you:

Rehearsals
Rehearsals take place on selected Saturdays. View the detailed rehearsal schedule here.
Participation in the chorus will require singers to learn the music at home before the first rehearsal. Practise tracks will be provided with the music.

Participation fees are $200/person and are due once accepted at the audition.

Penticton & Kelowna: Saturday, August 29, 2026
Vernon: Sunday, August 30, 2026
What to expect:
- Variety of guided vocal exercises
- ‘Behold the Lamb of God’ (from Handel’s Messiah, download here) or another prepared piece of your choice (art song, aria, Broadway, jazz standard) with or without accompaniment
Please bring sheet music for the accompanist if you are singing something other than the suggested audition piece.
If you cannot make the above dates, you can audition on September 26 in Kelowna. Please use the same audition sign-up.
