OSO partners with Sandrine

The Okanagan Symphony Orchestra is pleased to announce a partnership with Sandrine French Pastry & Chocolate for Music That Shimmers, the opening concert of the 2026/27 season. As part of the concert’s optional chocolate-tasting add-on, Sandrine will create and supply the four chocolates that accompany the four movements of Maxime Goulet’s Chocolats symphoniques. The tasting experience is available to both season pass holders and single-ticket purchasers for an additional price of $12, offering concertgoers an opportunity to explore the connection between music and flavour.

We’re delighted to support a local small business for this collaboration. Sandrine’s handcrafted chocolates will add a delicious local touch to a program that invites the audience to engage both their ears and their taste buds!
